I’m not a certified fitness coach. I'm just a busy dad working 60+ hours a week, balancing a demanding job and family life. Despite the chaos, I’ve found time to work out, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
Two years ago, I had barely lifted weights or gone for a run. Today, I’ve completed two half-marathons, five 10Ks, and countless 5Ks. Even my kids have joined in. My 5-year-old recently finished his first 5K!
I haven’t always lived a healthy lifestyle, but I’ve always relied on the basics, push-ups, pull-ups, and bodyweight exercises to stay active. Everything changed when I discovered structured workout programs, healthier snack alternatives, and the right supplements. At 36, I felt stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever before.
My story proves that transformation is possible for anyone, even with a full plate. If I can do it, so can you!
All my training happens at home (with the occasional YMCA treadmill session), so I know it’s doable for anyone willing to start.
