Proof You Can Outrun Your Excuses! 

I'm not a certified fitness trainer... I'm a busy dad of three boys, working 60+ hour weeks. Despite the chaos, I found the time to start working out, transforming me mentally and physically. The lessons I've learned in the gym and on the running trail have carried over into many areas of my life.

 

In 2022, I completed my first P90X program and felt ready for a new challenge. That's when I signed up for my first 5K. I hated running, but with virtually no specific training beyond P90X, I managed to finish in 30 minutes. From there, I was hooked. Now, I aim to run a 5K every 6-8 weeks. Two years later, I've completed two half-marathons, five 10Ks, and countless 5Ks. 

 

My fitness journey has also inspired my kids. My oldest son, now 11, has run four 5Ks (and I still haven't been able to beat him). Even my 5-year-old joined me for a 5K recently. It's become a family bonding experience, and I couldn't be prouder.

My Vision

Look, I'd love to get shredded and be the guy who can model for ads. The truth is I love boneless chicken wings, craft beer, and donuts too much to give those things up to make 8% body fat. However, I'm not about to let myself go either. I work out to stay in shape to play with my kids, deter serious health conditions, and feel confident. I found the time to workout 5-6 days a week and I'm here to help others feel more confident and find ways to achieve their goals.

Here's what I know: with BODi programs you're going to have the scripted workout program and the supplements you'll need to be successful. The finishing pieces are the motivation and the accountability. That's where I come in.
